Congratulations Class of 2008!

Since 1883, the KU Alumni Association has strengthened the University by providing a forum for volunteer advocacy and networking. Since 1891, the KU Endowment Association has supported the University through gifts from alumni and friends. Through this combines support KU in time, talent, and treasure, KU has continued to be a world-class institution.

KU Endowment and the KU Alumni Association have teamed up to give you a special graduation gift that will help you carry on this strong tradition of alumni support. Our gift to all graduates of the Class of 2008 is a one-year membership in the KU Alumni Association.

Your membership begins this summer. With it, you will not only be able to preserve the strong tradition and legacy of past alumni and friends, but you will also be an integral part of writing the next chapter of success on Mount Oread. With your help, we can continue to share with new generations what it means to be a Jayhawk.

A little explanation about your free gift and how membership at the Alumni Association works:

Recent graduates – For the Class of 2008 your first year is free! You don’t have to do anything. It will start automatically this summer. If you don’t hear from us by July, then we probably need your new address.

We offer recent graduate rates of just $25 – which is half the normal price of membership. This discounted rate is good for 5 years after your graduation but since your first year is free, you can join for 4 years for $100! It is a great way to show your Jayhawk pride.

We are currently offering a discounted Life Membership for $500 – this is half the normal price of Life Membership. This offer is only available to the Class of 2008 and must be purchased by June 30, 2008.
