Join us for your first official alumni event sponsored by the Student Alumni Association and the KU Alumni Association! Don't miss out on all of the great door prizes, free food and drinks. Celebrate this milestone with your friends and classmates! Pick up lots of information about alumni activities and services such as permanent e-mail forwarding, chapter events across the country, and much more. The Athletics Department and a number of other campus offices will be on hand to share information about their services to you…a proud KU graduate!

What better way to start your pre-Commencement walk down the hill with a free lunch! The KU Alumni Association will welcome you into alumni status. Families and guests are welcome to attend this casual box lunch event hosted at the Chancellor's home. There will be a brief program by the Student Alumni Association and Senior Class Officers. In the event of inclement weather, the lunch will be moved to the Kansas Union. You must complete an RSVP card in order to get your free tickets. This card is in your commencement mailing that you should receive from the University this spring. If you did not receive an official commencement packet, go to www.commencement.ku.edu for all the details.
Lunch tickets must be picked up between May 1-16 at the Adams Alumni Center, 1266 Oread. We are open weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m
Graduation Info
- Complete your Application for Degree (AFD) and make sure to get all information from your Dean's office about your school's ceremonies and events.
- Buy your graduation announcements, cap and gown, and other graduation needs at the KU Bookstore.
- Check out the www.commencement.ku.edu web site for details about ceremonies and events going on over the graduation weekend.
