Beverage Services

According to the Alumni Association's state issued liquor license, all liquor must be served and catered by the Association. Outside alcholic beverages are strictly prohibited and may not be brought into the center for service or sale. Prices are subject to change.

Bar Service Charges

A bar will be set up in your private room and stocked according to your preferences. Charges include mix, garnish, ice, cocktail napkins and glassware. All liquor, wine and beer prices also include the Kansas liquor tax and service charge.  Non-alcoholic beverages are also subject to Kansas sales tax and service charge. 

For events serving alcohol, a minimum of one bartender is needed at a charge of $50 per bartender for four hours. Each additional hour is $15 per bartender per hour (tax not included).

Liquor

Well drinks: $4.50 per drink
Includes Seagram's 7, Crown Royal, Jim Beam, Smirnoff, Seagram's Gin and Scoresby

Call drinks: $5.50 per drink
Includes Canadian Club, Jack Daniel's, Stoli, Beefeater and Dewar's

Wine, Beer and Other Beverages

House wine: $4.50 per glass
House Champagne: $17 per bottle
Budweiser and Coors Products: $3.50 per bottle
Microbrew and Imported Beer: $4.50 per bottle
Domestic Kegs: $250 (approximately $1.50 per glass)
Champagne Punch:  $40 per gallon
Bottled Water: $2 per bottle
Soft Drinks:  $1.50

Special Selections

Bottled wine, microbrews and imported keg beer may be specially ordered at market price. Please inquire about your favorite.
