On the second floor, the Adams Lounge overlooks campus with a walkout balcony. Rent this room as a spillover for large events to house displays or buffets.
Often lurking right outside the Adams Lounge near the second floor elevators is "Whoosh," the Associations' beloved basketball-themed bird from the 2003 Jayhawks on Parade.
Additional room charges may apply. Rates are based on regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.). Events held outside of regular business hours will incur additional fees. See Rental Policies for more information.
