Use

The Adams Alumni Center can be rented for University, alumni related, and non-University related functions, such as conferences, meetings, retreats, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners and holiday parties. The KU Alumni Association reserves the right to deny use or continued use of its facilities to any person or organization.

Vendor sales are not allowed unless approved by the director of hospitality services.

The center will be open for decorating two hours prior to the start of non-university related events—e.g. wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners.

The Alumni Association can provide limited snacks and beverages for small groups of 20 or less. All other food service must be provided by a licensed, insured and approved caterer.

All traditional brands are available. Bartender fees apply. A bartender and beverage price list can be viewed online.
