Name Search Service

We recommend that you first try finding the alumnus(a) in the Online Directory. If the alumnus(a) that you wish to find is not listed in the Online Directory, please use our name search service. This service is used only to research alumni records. For information on records designated as student or tracked student, requestors should contact the Office of the University Registrar by calling 785-864-4422.

The service is a benefit for members of the Alumni Association. For non-members, there will be a non-refundable charge of $20 per name searched, if the Association has a current mailing address for the alumnus(a) requested. News media should contact the Office of University Relations by calling 785-864-3256, or Alumni Association editors Jennifer Sanner or Chris Lazzarino for information.

To use the name search service:

1. Fill a member name search form or a non-member name search form.

2. The Association will verify your membership and mail a letter or card to the alumnus/a indicating you would like to get in touch. The card will include your contact information.

3. It will then be the choice of the alumnus/a to contact you personally.

Only in cases of verified emergency will the Association attempt to contact an alumnus/a by telephone to secure permission to release information. Please note: If you are requesting information on more than five names, please call the Association at 785-864-4760 or 800-584-2957.
