Activities

Each year the KU Alumni Association hosts hundreds of events at the Adams Alumni Center, throughout the state and across the nation. Near or far from the Hill, Jayhawks are gathering for trips, golf tournaments, watch parties, reunions, award ceremonies and one-of-a-kind occasions like the Rock Chalk Ball.

Calendar of Events
Association staff hit the road year round with the Jayhawk trailer in tow. See when we're coming to your neighborhood with a complete and searchable listing of all Association events.

Reunions
Jayhawks rekindle friendships from the Hill at gatherings by class year, residence hall, degree or special group. The Association offers reunion services for alumni to return to campus and rediscover their alma mater.

Adams Alumni Center
The Association's headquarters are located on campus and open to the public Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Rooms are also available to rent.

Athletic Events
Join us for hassle-free tailgates at all away and home football games and pre-game pep rallies at basketball tournaments and regular season games.

Golf Tournaments
Join area Jayhawks for one of the KU Alumni Association's many chapter golf tournaments across the country! In addition to a fun day on the course, you'll hear from special KU guests and have the chance to win contest prizes and raffle items.

Rock Chalk Ball
In its 15th year, the Ball brings together Jayhawks from Kansas City and across the nation for an upscale evening of dancing and fine dining to raise funds for Association programming.

Jayhawk Roundup
During its six years, the Jayhawk Roundup has become the largest KU event hosted by the KU Alumni Association in Wichita, attracting more than 700 alumni and friends each year.

Homecoming
Since the first Homecoming game in 1912, the tradition has become an important part of KU. Students, alumni, faculty, staff and the Lawrence community join in Homecoming Week activities, participate in the parade down Jayhawk Boulevard and cheer the football team in Memorial Stadium.

Awards
The Association recognizes community volunteers and national advocates who give back to the University as well as alumni whose professional and charitable contributions have benefited all of humanity.

Alumni Travel
From the South Pole to the tropics, alumni travel the world together on more than 30 trips each year. The Flying Jayhawks offers unique group travel, pairing educational opportunities and companions with whom you share something in common.
