Dick Wintermote Chapter Volunteer of the Year Award

The Association created the Dick Wintermote Chapter Volunteer of the Year Award in 2007 to honor Wintermote, c'51, who served as executive director of the Alumni Association from 1963 to 1983. Wintermote dedicated his career to building relationships with KU alumni, and his renowned personal letters earned him admiration and a lasting legacy.
