1. Is this another e-mail account?

A: This is NOT an e-mail account. You will not have to check or log in to receive messages. Any person who would like to e-mail you will send you a message at your kualumni.org address. We will then forward messages into your preferred e-mail account. Check your preferred e-mail account as you regularly do. The messages appear the same way all of your other messages do. It’s just as if they are sending it to your regular e-mail account. Reply, forward, etc. as you would normally do.
        
2. How can I do a "respond" without it looking like my original e-mail address?  

A: Unfortunately this is not something the Association can control. Each e-mail system and provider is different. Ask your provider for help.

3. FYI - this actually went into my Junk mail folder, and it may do the same for a lot of other folks.

A: Yes, for the first few days please check your junk mail folder for messages. When you receive a message, please click on "not junk mail" to update your system (each server is a little different, you should have a similar button or box to check or click).

4. What if I change e-mail addresses?
           
A: That is okay. In the future, go to www.kualumni.org/emailforwarding. Enter in all your information including your new e-mail address, and click register. It's that easy!
