Melanie Brewer, l’16, helps clients meet requiremenets for Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects. Shook Hardy & Bacon partners elect new chairwoman to lead law firm | Kansas City Star

Madeleine McDonough, a top partner at Shook Hardy & Bacon, will become the law firm’s chairwoman Jan. 1 after partners there elected her to the job Friday. McDonough, l’90, was a clinical pharmacist before beginning her career at the Kansas City law firm in 1990, and will be Shook Hardy’s first female chair.
