Jayhawk spirit is alive and well across the globe!
Kathy McCurley, who works in the Office of the Chancellor, shared a video with us earlier today of children in Nakivumbi, Uganda, performing the Rock Chalk chant. The video was posted on Facebook yesterday by Cliff Pash, b’73.
Cliff and his wife Julie, former Lawrence residents, live in Jinja, Uganda. Each year, a group of students travel to Uganda to help the couple with their ministry; this year’s mission trip includes four current KU students as well as a graduate of the KU School of Engineering.
Where in the world is your Jayhawk? If you have a great story about how you share your school spirit, we’d love to hear it! Email us at email@example.com and your story could be featured on our website.
