With 2016 upon us and a new president at the helm, it’s full steam ahead for the KU Alumni Association! No looking back! …well, maybe just one last time. 2015 was such an eventful year for KU alumni, we wanted to revisit some of our favorite moments. Alumni flocked to our blog to get all the news from the nest about KU, mostly true and other times, well, April Fools. So without further ado, here are the top 15 stories from 2015, based on page views. Enjoy!
The demolition of McCollum Hall and the revitalization of Daisy Hill–with the opening of Self and Oswald Halls in 2015–serve as a fitting reminder of the passage of time here on Mount Oread. Association members are vital participants in the life of the university, preserving its past, present AND future. So, on behalf of all of us at the KU Alumni Association, we wish you a prosperous 2016.
Happy New Year, and Rock Chalk!
